J Taylor Education, Inc. stands behinds its products. Therefore, we will accept returns and provide refunds on products you purchase from us. If you are having an issue or would like to request a return, please contact us at info@jtayloreducation.com with your order number and return/refund request. We do prefer you request a return and/or refund within 90 days of your original purchase.
Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We value our customer’s privacy. J Taylor Education, Inc. does not sell or make your e-mail address or contact information available to other companies, ever. Additionally we only send a small number of emails a year to you, if we feel a new product or workshop would benefit your instruction. From time-to-time, your username and/or email address may be available to the organization that manages our website hosting to help them provide services to us.
J Taylor Education, Inc. uses the shipping address you provide to us specifically and exclusively for the shipments of orders placed on our website. We do not share this information with any other company. If you set up an account, your shipping information will be stored inside our secure portal for future orders. This information can be edited at any time.
