Author Bio

Paula Wilkes is an educational consultant with Summit Center, Los Angeles. She is a retired Associate Professor of Education and former coordinator for the Center for Gifted Education at Pacific University's Eugene campus. Prior to joining the faculty at Pacific University, Dr. Wilkes taught for 25 years in the Eugene School District. She is co-author of several other J Taylor Education products: Deep and Complex Look Book, A Deep and Complex Look at Me, The Icon Literature Game, The Literature Response Journal, and Cinderella as You've Never Known Her.

Karren Timmermans is an Assistant Professor of Education at Pacific University's Eugene campus. Dr. Timmermans taught elementary school for ten years in the U.S. and Europe. She is co-author of three other J Taylor Education products: The Icon Literature Game, The Literature Response Journal, and Cinderella as You've Never Known Her.
