If you know that your school or district has a group account license and you do not have access to your group, please reach out to your application/website/IT manager to gain access.
If you received a link to join a group, click or copy/paste that link into your search bar to be directed to the registration page for that group. If you are a new user, you will need to create your own profile on that same page. If you are already registered, you will need to log in then register for that group.
If you received a group password, you can enter it on the New Group Member Registration page in order to join/register into that group.
If you registered as a ‘Paid’ user and have issues viewing the paid user lessons or registered as a ‘Trainer/Coordinator’ and having issues viewing the trainer videos page, please feel free to message us so we can look into the issue.
If you have any issues at all with your membership or have any questions, please feel free to message us via email or our ‘Contact us’ form.
If you upgrade your membership, the difference will be prorated to your new membership based on what you paid for your old membership. That amount will be shown on the registration page as you click on the various membership options.
If you received a 100% on a lesson/quiz and you forgot to print the certificate on the results page, you can always view/print your certificates on your Profile page.
If you DO NOT receive a 100% score on a lesson/quiz, you will not be awarded a certificate.
If you received a 100% on a lesson/quiz and was never awarded your certificate (and you do not see it on your Profile page), please feel free to message us so we can look into the issue.
